Leon upgrades a basic water tower into a floating undead fortress, uncovering the System's lethal purpose for all shelter lords.

During an apocalyptic shelter draft Leon receives only a common water tower, a seemingly worthless asset. He soon unlocks the Hand of God ability, which lets him fuse and evolve the tower into a massive floating fortress crewed by undead. As his stronghold grows, Leon learns the horrifying reality behind the draft: the System created every lord not to survive, but to be slaughtered in a rigged purge.
