A tornado leaves a bullied mascot homeless, forcing her to live with her childhood nemesis, now a basketball captain.
Jane performs as the high school cheerleading mascot while enduring daily cruelty from the campus tyrant. When a tornado obliterates her house, she has nowhere to turn. The only shelter available comes from her childhood nemesis, once nicknamed Tubby, who has since become the tall, handsome captain of the basketball team. Sharing a roof rewrites the history between them and upends every assumption Jane held about the boy she used to despise.
