Amos mistakes cruel half-sister Cecilia for his savior, mistreating Kelly until truth arrives too late.
Wealthy heir Amos enters Kelly's household as a bodyguard, driven by the belief that her half-sister Cecilia once saved his life. He showers Cecilia with devotion while treating Kelly with contempt, unaware that his presence shields Cecilia's daily campaign of bullying against her sibling.
