A mother's dismissal of her daughter's cries results in death and fuels a ruthless campaign against the perpetrators.

Victoria, a Vance Group executive, repeatedly rejects desperate calls from her biological daughter Chloe, who suffers steel-needle torture orchestrated by foster sister Sienna. Unaware that Sienna is her husband's illegitimate child, Victoria treats the pleas as tantrums and cuts contact. Chloe jumps from a building, briefly revives in hospital, then dies when her father and Sienna remove her oxygen tube. Assistant Erik retrieves a USB drive with the full bullying footage. Victoria confronts the truth, turns Sienna against her accomplices, secures public confessions, and partners with police to prosecute every participant. She founds the Chloe Anti-Bullying Foundation before taking her own life to join her daughter.
