Dora's one-night stand returns as her doctor and professor, unaware his brother also wants her.
Dora panicked and left a stranger's bed, assuming the encounter was forgettable. Weeks later she sits in a clinic stirrup facing that same man, who now holds her medical chart and a guest lecturing slot on campus. She reads his exacting questions and tough grading as retaliation for her silent exit, never realizing he has quietly loved her for two years. Complicating matters, his charismatic brother Chris, a celebrated baseball player, begins an open courtship, turning routine checkups and lecture halls into a three-way contest for Dora's attention.
