A cursed prince discovers his vanished mate is now nanny to their hidden child.
Prince Elias broke a deadly curse by spending one night with a woman who vanished at dawn. Two years later Maren enters the palace as nanny to his infant son, concealing the boy's paternity. The queen observes closely while noblewoman Claire schemes against Maren and Prince Adrian courts her to undermine Elias. Repeated bathhouse encounters bring their shared past dangerously close to exposure. When Adrian orders Claire to murder the child, Elias follows scent and instinct to reclaim his family, confronting the conspirators before the court.
