Betrayed by her husband Luca, Seraphina severs their bond and rises as Alpha of the Silver Moon and Thorn Clans.
Seraphina, Daughter of the Silver Moon, marries Luca of the defeated Thorn Clan as part of a political agreement. Luca leaves on a border patrol and never returns. While giving birth to their daughter Vera, Seraphina feels their mate bond break and believes Luca is dead. Five years later he returns with his former partner Isabella and her child. Seraphina learns Luca faked his death, severed the bond himself, and sent all medicine for cold poison to Isabella while Vera fell critically ill. Seraphina awakens her power, collects proof, ends the bond, and returns to her clan with Vera. Luca attacks and loses. He and Isabella are exiled, but Isabella kidnaps Vera and forces Seraphina into a freezing pool. Luca seizes Isabella and jumps in with her, drowning both. One year later Seraphina marries Haken and becomes Alpha of both clans.
