A reborn woman hijacks a mystical digestion link, outwits her captors, and becomes a dietitian.
Elena awakens during Chloe's debut broadcast and discovers each swallow the streamer takes instantly fills her own stomach. She halts the feed to verify the connection, identifies the stomach medication as the conduit, and secretly exchanges the pills. Guided by a master, she severs the supernatural bond, then rigs hidden cameras throughout the apartment before deliberately stepping into the ambush Chloe and Jax have prepared. They drug her and attempt to frame her for their crimes, but three days later Chloe's massive pizza livestream triggers a fatal rupture that kills her and leads to Jax's arrest. After recovering, Elena earns credentials as a registered dietitian, launches a healthy-eating channel, publishes The First Bite, and relearns how to nourish herself.
