Bella rises from intern to top model under Kate's guidance after a betrayal.
Bella discovers her boyfriend Roger with the agency's star model Ellie, prompting a night of drinking that leads her to Kate. The next morning reveals Kate as the agency's chief executive and Roger's stepmother. Instead of dismissing the encounter, Kate identifies Bella's raw aptitude and begins intensive coaching for the runway. Bella advances from assistant duties to headlining shows, eventually claiming the Model of the Year title. As her professional stature grows, her connection with Kate deepens into a committed romance, while Roger and Ellie face the consequences of their actions.
